Consortio Dei is the spiritual direction<\/a> practice of John Chandler. I offer spiritual direction from a Christian perspective with an emphasis on working with spiritual leaders in churches and faith based orgs.<\/p>\n

My work with spiritual leaders is rooted in my own ministry and non-profit experience. Over 25 years, I served in diverse roles and settings…<\/p>\n

…from intern to lead pastor…<\/p>\n

…from leading teams in a large church to working bi-vocationally in a new church plant…<\/p>\n

…both as a board member and a full-time employee in a non-profit…<\/p>\n

My heart is to walk alongside spiritual leaders in their journey, offering direction through my experience and understanding of the unique pressures they face.<\/p>\n

The Consortio Dei podcast<\/a> is a companion to my practice. With my heart to walk alongside other leaders as they partner with God, the podcast serves as a public conversation for shared learning and formation.<\/p>\n

I live on the desert edge of the Phoenix area with my wife, our three teenage\/young adult children, and our rambunctious puppy.<\/p>\n
